- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.1405 Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procedures. THIS PRESOLICITATION (W911S7-15-B-0016), THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE INTERNET ONLY. THE NAICS CCODE IS 562219 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $38.5M. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor and materials and performing all work for the Removal and disposal of sedimentation sludge from geotextile bags and sedimentation geotextile bags to landfill. Grade the area after bags have been removed so there is no ponding and seed and mulch according to specification. Also the dewatering concrete beds shall be regarded to provide smooth surface. The Statement of Work (SOW) with project details will be provided when the formal solicitation for Invitation for Bids is issued. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be a Firm fixed price construction contract. The areas concerned in this project are government owned. They will be in use during the progress of the work and the contractor shall arrange their operations to cause as little interference as possible; work shall be performed during normal business hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the specifications provided at solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 17, 2015 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
