Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Glasgow Delineated Area: Start at the point of beginning; Highway 2 and City County Airport Rd, go west to Airport Road, to Scoty Pride Drive, Go south to Highway 2, go west to 6th Street, go south to 1st Avenue South, Go east to 1st Street, go south to 5th Avenue South, go east to 10th Street South, go North to 1st Avenue South, Go east to 6th street, go North to Highway 2, go North east to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3000 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 15 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: None Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Glasgow, Montana that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
