- Subject: Sources Sought for Technical Evaluation Facility, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) requires an existing office services solution/hoteling services to support a Technical Evaluation facility. This Sources Sought is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses(SDVOSBs) within Fredericksburg(22498 zip code), Virginia to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation substantiating that they have the capability to provide an existing facility that can meet the requirements identified in the draft statement of work (SOW) on Attachment 1. The Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is requesting responses from SDVOSBs; the qualifying NAICS code for this effort is 561110 Office Administrative Services ($7.5M). The SAC requires a turn-key solution in support of Government personnel as they perform all necessary functions incident to the performance of the technical evaluation of proposed acquisition material and service solutions. The required location for this effort is in the vicinity of the 22408 zip code, within 10 square miles of exit 126 on Interstate 95 in Spotsylvania County Virginia based on the current location of the SAC contracting facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this Sources Sought are not considered adequate responses to any corresponding solicitation announcement. All interested offerors must respond to any resulting solicitation announcement to be considered for award. Please provide the additional information requested below. (a)Submit a capability statement to indicate if your company can provide an existing facility that can meet the requirements identified in the SOW. (b)Submit a rough order of magnitude (ROM) to show the costs associated with spacing in the 22408 area code estimated to be 5,300 square feet. This ROM should include a breakdown of the actual price per square foot. (c)Indicate if your firm is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). (d)Include the DUNS number of your firm. (e)State whether your firm is registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and /or the VetBiz Registry at http://vip.vetbiz.gov. (f)Limit responses to 5 pages. Reponses are due by 12:00 pm (noon) EST, Thursday, June 11, 2015. Your response should include the CAPABILITY STATEMENT, ROM, and SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS information as explained above. Please place "Attention: TECHNICAL EVALUATION FACILITY" in the subject line of your email. This SS/RFI does not constitute any obligation whatsoever on the part of the Government to procure these commodities/supplies, to issue a solicitation, or to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No solicitation documents exist at this time. VA is neither seeking proposals nor accepting unsolicited proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any information the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this SS/RFI.
