Description
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has adopted WebTMA from TMA Systems as its Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of record for requesting, planning, processing and reporting facility management operations and maintenance activities across the 17.4 million square feet of facilities. The AOC requires on-site contractor support to perform the following services: • Create and close work orders. • Provide data collection planning and support based on WebTMA's database structure. • Create and modify MyPage dashboards for AOC employees. • Create custom reports in WebTMA. • Perform ad-hoc database queries. • Perform troubleshooting on WebTMA and provide expert advice to other Information Technology professionals to solve issues related to AOC databases and networks. • Adapt WebTMA to align with AOC's internal business processes and requirements. • Perform software updates, patches and changes. • Perform user administration functions. • Provide training on the WebTMA base application and modules purchased by AOC. • Provide expert advice to AOC Information Technology Program Managers on upgrade schedules and interactions between WebTMA and other AOC software packages. In order to perform these services, the prospective vendor's employees shall have at least (2) two years experience providing direct support of the WebTMA application at the customer's site. The AOC also uses an ESRI-based Enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) to complement the CMMS and provide employees with access to authoritative facility data. The AOC requires contractor support to perform the following services:. Provide project management for development of web-based eGIS applications (not required to be on-site),. Provide GIS Programmer/Architect to lead development of eGIS web-based applications (not required to be on-site),. Provide GIS System Analysts for on-site support of AOC's eGIS including database administration, application support, limited web-based application development and support and working with internal AOC stakeholders on eGIS data and application needs, and. Provide GIS Data Analysts for field data collection, geospatial dataset validation and clean-up, web-based application testing and troubleshooting and performing minor updates to existing map services and geospatial tools (not required to be on-site as these services are anticipated for use on specific projects).
