- Question Revised 4 June 2015 FA4610-15-R-0013-0002 Conformed Copy FA4610-15-R-0013-0002 Amendment Amendment FA610-15-R-0013-0002 The Purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following: a. Extend the proposal due date from 05 June 2015 at 4PM PST to 12 June 2015 at 4PM PST Amendment FA4610-15-R-0013-0001 The Purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following: a. Extend the proposal due date from 29 May 2015 at 4PM PST to 05 June 2015 at 4PM PST. b. To change clause 52.211-10 from 240 days after notice to 365 days after notice to proceed. c. To replace "women ownded small business" to 100% HUBZone in Section L, paragraph B d. To Change block 13 from an offer guarantee is to is NOT required e. To change clase 5352.215-9001(c) from 15 May 2015 3PM Pacific Standard Time to 26 May 2015 3PM Pacific Standard Time. f. To incorporate additional attachment to Section J. Attachment 6, 7, and 8. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone. This Request For Proposal FA4610-15-R-0013 will be a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. The Contractor shall provide the government with the design, construction, and warranty for the Renovation of Missile Handing Vehicle Build 8314 Vandenberg AFB, California. All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical support), items and incidentals necessary thereto. The work is required in support of the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron, Base Civil Engineering activities. The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available via FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. All potential offerors must be registered on the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1. It is important to read the solicitation completely, as there are terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. A site visit is scheduled for 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Monday, 11 MAY 2015 at Vandenberg AFB Visitor Center, corner of CA Hwy 1 and California Blvd, Vandenberg AFB, CA. The purpose of the site visit will be to answer questions regarding the solicitation and is not intended for contractors to present their capabilities. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must RSVP in writing by contacting ALL the following individuals no later than 5 MAY 2015 at 9:00AM Pacific Standard Time: Patricia Rosa, patricia.rosa@us.af.mil 805-606-1506 Natalie N. Bernal, natalie.bernal@us.af.mil, 805-606-1603 The RSVP must contain: The company name The names of attendees (Attendees will be limited to 2 individuals per company due to limited room capacity) **For individuals that do not have base access, the dates of birth and driver's license numbers are required in order to have a base access pass prepared. RAPIDGate does not work at Vandenberg AFB.** Upon receipt of the RSVP, a confirmation of receipt will be sent from one of the Government parties with further information regarding the site visit. If you do not you receive a confirmation by 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on 6 MAY 2015, please contact the individuals at the numbers listed no later than 8:00AM Pacific Time on 7 MAY 2015 to ensure your RSVP was received. Attendance to the site visit is not mandatory for contractors interested in proposing on the RFP, however, it is highly recommended. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the individuals listed above no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Time on 15 MAY 2015. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM Pacific Time on 12 JUNE 2015.
