Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare for the following services: to configure a Citrix ICCA test server at the Boise VAMC. The NAICS 541511 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company has skill, qualifications and certifications to configure a Citrix ICCA test server. Responses must be received no later than 16:00 PM PST on 12 June 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Robert.lentz2@va.gov.
