All information received will be protected and safeguarded as ACQUISITION/SOURCE SELECTION SENSITIVE in accordance with FAR Part 2.101 and 3.104. This presolicitation notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Any information provided as a result of this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Please direct any questions regarding this notice to the Contract Administrator, Kristine Baldwin at (402) 294-3613 or the Contracting Officer, Eric Mahowald, at (402) 232-6578. The Government anticipates awarding a single award IDIQ contract. The Prime contractor shall be responsible for the following: •¾ Procure, deliver and install new furniture/items •¾ Remove existing furniture and reinstall in C2F •¾ Provide professional transition project management •¾ Meet quality standards •¾ Coordinate with Government •¾ Provide steady-state support The prime contractor will be authorized to use the applicable mandatory Air Force Furnishings Commodity Council sources. FAR 51.101(a)(2) The Government is currently working on a draft Request for Proposal and sections of that draft RFP will be posted to this announcement in addition to the Performance Work Statement posted today (26 March 2015). A copy of the Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) will be made available to interested parties. The CID is a controlled document and when it is ready for release instructions outlining the steps to obtain a copy will be posted to this notice. The Government anticipates updating and posting additional requirement documents by the 1 st of May 2015. The Government will entertain questions and suggestions pertaining to this acquisition. All questions and comment shall be in writing and sent to the POCs listed on this notice.
