Please allow at least 24 hours response time. *********************************************************************************** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has a requirement from the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) to solicit offers to provide Rotational Life Support (RLS) services in support of the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana. This acquisition is a follow-on effort to the current JRTC RLS contract. The objective of the current RLS requirement is to sustain the Rotational Training Units conducting training operations at the JRTC. The required services include essential life and sustainment services such as furnishing and maintenance of generators on a 24/7 schedule, providing potable water for hygiene, providing portable light sets (include fueling) required at locations that do not have commercial power and providing sleep and Dining Facilities (DFAC) including tents, hygiene units, tables, chairs, and hand wash stations that are required to provide basic life and operational support during the rotations. The services provided by this contract are critical to the health, welfare, and safety of rotational training units (RTUs) participating in JRTC training rotations. The place of contract performance will be at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) at multiple locations in and around Fort Polk LA 71459-5000 US. The acquisition provides for a basic contract effort of 30 Day Phase- in and an eleven (11) month Base and four (4) one year options. The solicitation package will include a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561210, entitled Facility Related Services. The corresponding small business size standard is $38.5 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set Aside and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants during the month of May 2015.
