Description
L15PS00492 Clauses The Bureau of Land Management-Oregon has a requirement for eight (8) six thousand (6,000) gallon self-supporting, self-contained, frame-less, high-side water tanks for use as helicopter dip tanks. Tanks must: - be constructed from 40 oz PVC or similar material. - be a high visibility florescent color, (Orange, lime green etc) - have storage bag and repair kit. - one (1) MALE two and one half (2.5) inch NH thread flange with cap fitting, attached on the side of the tank, above the ground level when the tank is full, near the bottom edge of the tank - come with the following accessories: * a heavy duty ground cover to protect the underside of the tank from the ground * a circular impact shock pad, sized to fit inside and cover the bottom of the tank to minimize damage to the inside bottom of the tank from buckets and snorkels. Impact shock pad will be marked with a high visibility ¿X ¿ that is centered in the impact shock pad, and approximately one foot (12 inches) from the center of the pad.. Six (6) tanks will be stenciled or otherwise marked in two places with 4 inch black letters ¿BIFZ ¿ on opposite sides of the tanks, approximately one foot below the top edge of the side. These six tanks will be delivered to the BLM Burns District Office: BLM-BURNS OFFICE 28910 Hwy 20 West Hines, OR 97738 Two (2) tanks will be stenciled or otherwise marked in two places with 4 inch black letters ¿VALE ¿ on opposite sides of the tanks, approximately one foot below the top edge of the side. These two tanks will be delivered to the BLM Vale District Office: VALE OFFICE 100 Oregon St. Vale, OR 97918
