Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Goldman Copeland for follow-on construction period and site visit services. VA contracted for A&E design services associated with the construction project 'HVAC Controls Replacement Phase 3 Project No. 630A-09-423' (VA243-P-0220). VA is awarding this contract in order to complete the on-going construction project 630A-09-423. The period of performance for this award is: 1 July 2015 through 30 September 2016. Goldman Copeland is the only known source possessing the capability required by VA. The intent of this synopsis is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
