- The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Breadaway Media, LLC, 1275 66th St. North St. Petersburg, FL 33743, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304-(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. (1) The action is to provide eight hundred (800) 8th Edition Advanced Tactical Paramedic Protocols Handbooks and sixty (60) Journal of Special Operations Medicine. This notice is not a request for offers. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. However; any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government's need. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitted in writing by 18 June 2015 at 12:00 PM EST. No extensions will be granted. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not bona fide competition exists. The applicable NAICS code is 511130. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Electronic submissions will be accepted at rowena.godaire@soc.mil. A firm fixed price contract shall be awarded NLT 1 July 2015.
