- This solicitation is to procure Surgical Breast Supplies. The items requested on the attached Solicitation are for Devicor/Mammotome brand name or equal products. FBO Description for 15-247-SOL-00096 *This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) *The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Phoenix Service Unit (PSU), PIMC is requiring Mammotome Surgical Breast Supplies. The items requested on the attached Solicitation are for Devicor/Mammotome brand name or equal products. *The award will be a firm-fixed price and will be awarded to one vendor. *Government shall award a firm fixed price contract and use "best value" evaluation factors. *Delivery of items requested is June 12, 2015. *RFQs are due June 9, 2015 at 5:00 pm Arizona time.
