Description

This is a notification that the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to award a sole-source, 2 month Firm-Fixed Price Contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) currently have a contract for the lease operation of 103 Multi-functional Devices (MFD) located throughout the New Mexico VAHCS and surrounding clinics. The current contract was awarded under NNG07DA19B VA258-12-F-0003 to Affigent. The current contract expires 30 Jun 2015. This interim Contract is intended to insure support until the new contract is awarded. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532420, Office Machinery & Equip Rental & Leasing with a small business size standard of $32.5 million.
