Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office CMOP Acquisition has a requirement to procure the medications for the VA CMOP in Murfreesboro TN. 37130-1382, as stated below QTYNDC\ALT NDC# DECRIPTIONPK Size 7210135-0403-10SALSALATE 500 mg1000 per BT 7210135-0404-10SALSALATE 750 mg1000 per BT The Product Code is 6505, Drugs and Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates making one or more firm-fixed-price awards. All responsible sources may submit the following information with their quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. 1)Full Delivery required NLT 10 days ARO, no partials accepted without prior approval 2)All NDCs submitted for bid will need to pass RPH evaluation and approval More than one award may be issued, dependent upon quantities offered. Solicitation package VA770-15-Q-0174 shall be posted thru FedbizOpps on June8, 2015 and will close no later than 12:00 noon CST on June 9, 2015. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
