CSD Inquiry and Comment Tracker, Revised 8 Jun 15 Added 8 Jun 15 The government has reviewed the invoice withholding amount per DRAFT RFP, special clause H01 and has considered 5% is more appropriate to avoid contract overpayments. Attached revised Inquiry and Comment Tracker dated 8 Jun 15. Attached revised Statement of Work Summary of significant changes to CSD PBL SOW: • Reorganized the content of the SOW to better align the contractor responsibilities with each phase of the PBL • Incorporated the RO transition period into Phase 1. Phase 1 now includes the 90-day start-up period in which the contractor is not responsible for CSD RO performance. Phase 2 now includes RO sustainment requirements only. • Extended Phase 1 to 24 months and updated the availability performance requirements. The availability requirements were slightly increased; however, the RO transition now encompasses 21 months versus 18. • Removed the C-5 CSD from the scope of the PBL. NSN: 1650-01-161-1651. Alternate NSN 1650-01-118-3600 also excluded.
