Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0360 is issued as a brand name procurement. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for ARINC Rack and Panel Connectors, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The requested items must be compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment. ARINC is the orignal manufacturer and has proprietary data required to manufacture the required items. This procurement is a small business set-aside only under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6 All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 4:00pm Eastern, 17-JUN-2015. Only brand name responses will be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil
