- Statement of Work Request for Quote- F2M3CB511AW03 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2M3CB5111AW03 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS change notice 20150129. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 237120 and the size standard is $36.5M. This is a requirement for services to replace spill buckets and parts in sumps. The vendor shall submit the response to this RFQ via email to the Contract Administrator: Timothy J. Hull, Ph: (210) 671-5161, E-mail: timothy.hull.3@us.af.mil no later than 1000 CST on June 12, 2015 -Friday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Mrs. Shawna L. Kettell; Ph: (210) 671-3179, E-mail: Shawna.Kettell@us.af.mil. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for RFQ is "late" and will not be considered, unless the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the award and acquisition or it was the only quote received. Please refer to the attached RFQ and Statement of Work for additional direction. Questions on the solicitation shall be submitted to Timothy J. Hull via email by 1200 CST on Thursday, 11 June 2015.
