RFQ Cover Sheet Solicitation/RFQ Document SEE THE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT FOR FULL DETAILS OF THIS SOLICITATION Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Broadband Antenna) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # H92257-15-Q-0146 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82, Effective May 7, 2015 and DPN 20150602. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). This contract will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the awardee that is deemed most advantageous to the Government. Contract Financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. CLIN 0001 - Intellian FB500 Fleet Broadband Antenna MFR Part#: FB500-01-DI Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002 - Intellian FB250 Fleet Broadband Antenna MFR Part#: F2-N250 Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Each Delivery: Delivery is to Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. Delivery is to be made at a maximum of 30 Days ARO.
