- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1660 Oxygen Regulator Valve Assembly. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-01-229-0947. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1660-01-229-0947 Oxygen Regulator Valve Assembly Estimated Annual Demand is 36 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 9 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 36 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 360 each. I/A/W Carleton Life Support Systems Inc. CAGE 99251 P/N 1611738-1 This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) FOB: Origin I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application and Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Delivery is 140 Days ARO. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
