Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a sole source basis to Twin Hill Acquistion Co Inc, for Flight Attendant Uniforms for the 89th Operations Group (89 OG) on Joint Base Andrews in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 315280 with a size standard of 500 employees. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice. NOTE: If documents are sent via e-mail, the contractor will be responsible for validating Government receipt by contacting the Contract Specialist A1C Justin Parrish at justin.g.parrish.mil@mail.mil. No solicitation is available and telephone request for information will not be taken.
