The VISN 10 (Ohio) VAMCs have a requirement for ICD-10 Provider Training and Records Review. The required service is broken into 3 major components: 1.Selected records review (550 total) and on-site training development 2.30 On-site training sessions (5 sites, 6 per site) based upon records review 3.Web based, stand alone, electronic, on-demand training modules demonstrating differences in ICD-10 and ICD 9 This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code 611430/$11 Million. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Contract Management (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. The solicitation will be made available on/after June 9, 2015. Offerors will need to click on RFP VA250-15-Q-0230 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions by June 16 2015 at 11AM EST, to the contract specialist, Michael Groneman via email at michael.groneman@va.gov. The response date for the solicitation is June 23, 2015 by 4:00PM EST. This action is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
