- Statement of Work Request for Quote See paragraph (xv). All quotes are due by 3:00 p.m. Central, Tuesday, 16 June 2015. **** Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3YCHS5090A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. (iv) This acquisition is not set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512 with a size standard not to exceed $27.5 million. (v) Listed below are the contract line item numbers, quantities, and unit of measure. Please indicate if the item is open market or GAS contract item. See Statement of Work for details. Item Description GSA Qty Price Total 0001 Metrology Software Package: Spacial Analyzer Ultimate or equivalent used for measurement, optimization, analysis, and reporting data in support of Leica Laser Trackers. Yes / No 1 ea 0002 Rack Mounted Application Computer: Minimum requirements are Win 7 64 - for 6DOF Applications with CPU dual Intel Xeon E5-2420 1.9 GHZ Core Processor, Ram 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHZ Non-ECC Memory Module, Rom 3 Bay 3.5 in 6GB SATA2/SAS and GRAPHIC PNY Quadro 4000. Yes / No 1 ea 0003 One Week On-Site Training (Expenses Included) Yes / No 1 ea TOTAL (vi) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: See Attachment 1: Request for Quotation See Attachment 2: Statement of Work (vii) Place of delivery is Tinker AFB, OK73145 and is FOB destination. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The other factors considered will be the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the items above. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (x) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Offerors are also reminded to complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.SAM.gov prior to submitting an offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (DEVIATION 2013-O0019) (Jul 2014) and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable: 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 50, and 52.232-33. (xiii) Additionally, the following terms and conditions will be used: 52.204-7, 52.233-3, 52.247-34, 52.252-2, 52.253-1, 252.204-7003, 252.204-7004 AltA, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7006, and 5352.201-9101. (xiv) There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating applicable for this procurement. (xv) All offerors must submit a quote by 3:00 pm Central Daylight Time on Tuesday, 16 June 2015. Quotes received after that time may not be considered.
