Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with GE Healthcare, 3000 N Grandview Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188. The procurement is a service maintenance plan on the GE Lightspeed and Discovery CT scanning equipment located at the Salisbury VA Medical Center and the VA facility in Charlotte, NC. The period of performance is 10/1/2015 through 9/30/2016. This service maintenance plan is on a VA NAC IDIQ contract V797P-6019B with GE Healthcare. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are to submit information to: Dori Dabbs, Contract Specialist, at dori.dabbs2@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am, EST on June 16, 2015. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
