- Description
- Amendment 1 this is a pre-solicitaiton notice. There is no reponse date at this time. Solicitaiton will be posted on or around June 24, 2015. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Administration intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal DU100R-15-R-0003, to provide construction inspection services throughout the 50 United States. The solicitation will be posted at the Federal Business Website at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or around June 10, 2015. This is an 8(a) Competitive IDIQ Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 541350 Building Inspection Services. The small business size standard is 7M. The contract type is a fixed price incentive. The period of performance is a 5 year ordering period. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Subpart 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Subpart 19 Small Business Program. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website for amendments and any changes to the solicitation. All prospective Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in person to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20410. Prospective Offerors will be required to visit the FBO website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. No other notification will be sent. No faxes will be accepted. Questions will not be addressed until the solicitation is posted.
