SOLICITATION NO: 15-LA (4CA1397) NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X – Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531190—Leasing of Building Space to Federal Government by Owners SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: California City: Santa Ana Delineated Area: North: East MacArthur Blvd. East: Highway 55 South: Highway 55 to Main Street West: South Main Street <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="" width="309" height="240" /> Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,509 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 2,634 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Secured): 0 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 120 Months (10 years) Firm Term: 120 Months (10 years) HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.secure.force.com/AAAP, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 15-LA. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the ”Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next Open Period is July 1, 2015 to July 7, 2015, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 15-LA and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
