Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Regional Contracting Office -Hawaii seeks to award a sole source contract to the Security Resources Pacific, Inc, 99-1191A Iwaena Street, Aiea, Hawaii 96701 for the upgrade to the Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) Provost Marshall's Office (PMO) Integrated Security System (ISS) to provide monitoring and surveillance of the Pharmacy Vault and Logistics loading dock. The upgrade is comprised of one (1) Hybrid Network Video Recorder (NVR), two (2) PoE matrix data switches, eleven (11) two megapixel (MP) cameras in the Main Pharmacy area, and two (2) megapixel camera external cameras at the Logistics loading dock of TAMC located at Honolulu, HI. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, tools, and any other items and services needed to install and setup the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Security System. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the size standard is $20.5 in revenues. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with the Security Resources Pacific, Inc. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine if the party can perform the requirement (See Paragraph 5 of the attached Sole Source Justification to determine ability to perform.) A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to Deloney.p.denson.civ@mail.mil. No faxed documents will be accepted. If no responsive statements are received by 6/17/2015 at 2 PM Hawaii Standard time (HST), an award will be made to Security Resources Pacific, Inc.
