Description

URHD J&A The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to award a sole source contract extension to Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), 100 CTC Drive, Johnstown, PA 15904 for one (1) year plus one six (6) month option period on the Unclassified Remote Hosted Desktop (URHD) contract HM0176-13-C-N001. The extension is required to (1) continue demonstrating the use of an externally provisioned URHD to do unclassified functions currently performed on the government owned and operated Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) network, (2) assess the performance of URHD when accessing it through various client end device types and connection mechanisms, and (3) to finish the use case scenarios of URHD. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responsible source may submit a capabilities statement in writing to the identified point of contact not later June 12, 2015 at 2:00 PM EDT.
