- DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete office repairs and improvements to the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area office, including: 1) provide concrete sealant and replace expansion joints; remove existing and provide new doors; provide new automatic door opener; provide new metal handrails; and to remove existing and provide new concrete ramp. RANGE OF THE GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE: The government estimate for this project is less than $25,000. This does not mean that our estimate for the price of the work falls anywhere within that range; it means that our estimate is an actual number that lies at a specific point within that value. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: None is scheduled. Please contact the Contracting Officer to make arrangements to visit the site during regular office hours. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contract time for each item will be 30 calendar from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (http://www.sam.gov) in order to receive award of a contract. SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. BONDING INFORMATION: Estimate is below $25,000. Any quotations over $30,000 will require 100% payment protection in the form of a payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Request for Quotations AG-3395-S-15-0031 and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and will be available for downloading at the website address: http://www.fbo.gov. All potential contractors and subcontractors should register on the FedBizOpps website as an Interested Vendor. The online Interested Vendors list will be the only such list maintained for this procurement. All responsible sources are welcomed to submit a quotation. In order to receive award, vendor must have a complete registration in the System for Award management (SAM) which is located at http://www.sam.gov.
