- Description
- The United States Government intends to exercise an unevaluated Renewal Option with the Lessor of IBM Building, 654 Munoz Rivera Avenue, Hato Rey, PR 00918, which occupies 6,291 rentable square feet (RSF), yielding 5,678 ANSI-BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOASF). The purpose of this Lease is to extend the term for an additional fve years, from November 1, 2015 to October 31, 2020. This notice is not an invitation for a proposal. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis. The responses will also determine whether to complete the lease requirement and pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements. Moreover, the Government will consider costs likely to be incurred due to relocation; such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency overtime.
