- The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source under the authority set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Micron Semiconductors Products, Inc. is the only known source with the required sources and licenses to provide delivery, installation and testing of these sources (see below for a complete description): Part Description, Quantity, Period of Performance: Convey Hybrid Core Graph Analytics Scalable Units, Two (2) EA Convey HC-2EX Graph Analytics Server Nodes, Two (2) EA Engineering Consulting, One (1) LOT, Base Year One (1) Year Advance Parts Hardware and ConveyOS Support per Scalable Unit, Two (2) EA, Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years One (1) Year Advance Parts Hardware and Convey OS Support per Server Node, Two (2) EA, Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years This requirement will be awarded, subject to the availability of funds, and will result in a Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334111 and the size standard of 1,000 Employees applies. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have fifteen (15) Calendar Days from the date of publication of this Synopsis, to submit in writing, to the identified point of contact, clear and convincing evidence of their ability to procure all of the required radiation sources and disposal of aged sources. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after fifteen (15) Calendar Days, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the Government's discretion.
