- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SYNOPSIS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office, on the behalf of the Charlotte VA Health Care Center (HCC) has a need for FLO-LAB 2100-SX Noninvasive Vascular System. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Brand name or equal means that equipment must meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of brand name product. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation VA246-15-Q-0369. This solicitation has been set-aside for small businesses (SB). Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit prices, the proposed extended prices, any prompt payment discount terms, any shipping charges, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, and DUNS number. Please note that equipment is for a VA facility that is still under construction and offeror agrees to hold delivery until January 2016. The Government shall consider quotes received by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, June 17, 2015. Quotes are to be e-mailed to dori.dabbs2@va.gov.
