- Amendment 3 to the solicitation makes the following changes: 1. RFQ Page 1, Description of Requirement, Paragraph 1 is replaced in its entirety with the following: The US Coast Guard Rescue 21 Project Resident Office Alaska (R21 PRO AK) has a need to obtain call when needed helicopter services for transportation of personnel, equipment and supplies in the Juneau area. Offerors must maintain a base of operations within the City and Borough of Juneau year round. 2. Date and time for receipt of quotations is changed to 10:00 a.m., Thursday June 11, 2015. No other changes are being made.
