- Amendment #9 - USCGC SPAR Dockside repairs FY 2015 1. The purpose of this amendment#9 is to clarify Work Item 15 & 22 that were changed from O item to D item reflected on Amendment #2 are correct. 2. The date for submission of quotes/revised quotes is extended to: 16 Jun 2015, at 4:00 pm PDT. This extension will allow vendors ample time to review pricing and resubmit revised quotes.
