Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, intends to negotiate on a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, 6200 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the procurement of: Terumo CD Blood Parameter Monitoring System 500 (stk#500AHCTCL ) Monitor with 500 A and Hct/Sat probe ; CDI 517 monitor pole clamp 7' arm length; CD1519 cable head bracket;CDI506 Gas A calibration for use w/540; CDI507 Gas B calibration for use w/540; 540CL Calibrator, 1 each. NAICS 339113 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents shall be posted and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the requirements may provide written notice via email to joyce.miller@va.gov prior to 6/23/2015 @ 14:00 AM EDST/EDT. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement(s). This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. All responses received will be evaluated. However, the information received will be used solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer
