Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source - DirectTrust.Org, Inc. Acquisition Plan Number: VA701-15-Q-0133 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity - Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with: DirectTrust.Org, Inc. 1101 Connecticute Ave NW STE 1000, Washington, DC 20036; for the purchase of a membership to DirectTrust. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
