- Attch 3 GovtProvidedTechnicalProposalForms Attch 2 DBWD PA150004 040315 PA4 Heavy and Highway McKean Attch 1 bradsitesurvey_gps Model (1) AG-24H8-S-15-0049 - Solicitation PROJECT SCOPE Furnish all labor, materials, supervision and incidentals for parking lot reconditioning and Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) placement and compaction on the Bradford Ranger Station Fleet Parking Lot. WORK ITEMS TO INCLUDE 1. Recondition 27,000 square feet of gravel fleet parking lot. Grade existing lot and roller compact prior to placing surfacing. (Refer to drawing for reconditioning perimeter) 2. Saw cut asphalt edges to square off entrance 3. Undercut gravel 4" at the Tree cooler concrete pad and at the asphalt parking lot edges to provide a smooth transition to the new gravel surfacing 4. Shape the base and new surfacing so the lot drains to the south and/or southwest 5. Apply and roller compact 575 tons of DSA limestone aggregate (approximately 25 loads) at 4" depth on the entire reconditioned parking lot area, as shown on the drawing.
