Response: This is an example of how to fill in the cost for the year. 2.Regarding the pricing for Preventive Maintenance, the instructions in Paragraph 17 of the SOW indicate that we are enter a monthly rate. Where does that figure go? Does that figure go under rate? Response: The monthly rate will then will be multiplied by 12 and put on the bid sheet for the total of yearly cost for the contract. 3.Regarding the pricing Service Calls, the pricing sheet states, "Single & Team." Do you want separate pricing of labor rates for a journeyman and a helper? The spreadsheet does not allow for reporting these items? Could you please post the pricing sheet in Excel format? Service calls are either single or team, You would them provide a rate of the cost for a single technician performing jobs as well as pricing for a service team of technicians to perform jobs.
