- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a cost plus fixed fee bridge modification against Contract Number N00421-09-C-0030 Centerscope Technologies, Incorporated, 5920 Spring Leaf Ct, Elkridge, Maryland 21075-5994 for PMA-201 domestic program management support services located at Patuxent River, MD. This modification is to extend the effort for continued technical support, execution and tracking of all JSOW variants in support of production and deliveries. To include, but not limited to: the collection and coordination of data, independent analysis of technical requirements, assessment of planning and program requirements, and to provide production support for PMA 201 domestic programs. The extension is in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract for a period of six (6) months from 1 August 2015 through 31 January 2016. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source. Centerscope Technologies, Incorporated is the only company with the knowledge and experience to continue the required support services, until the follow-on is awarded. No other company has the requisite skills to fulfill the Government's requirement in the timeframe needed. Any responses regarding the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis must be received by 1400 EST on 25 June 2015. Responses may be emailed to rhoda.hall@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on any responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government.
