- The United States Army Contracting Command (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for the following item to support the Mine Protected Clearance Vehicle (MPCV) Buffalo M1272 under solicitation W56HZV-15-R-0175 that will be released on or around 12 June 2015. The closing date is 12 July 2015. Item: System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment Technical Support System (STSS). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This procurement will be for three (3) years and shall not be exceeded under a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Requirements type contract. Services and delivery of data will be in accordance with each Work Directive issued. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposal or a solicitation of offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This synopsis is for subcontracting purposes only.
