- RFP Transportation Data Performance-Based Work Statement Contract Security Classification Specification DD 2875 Instructions Contract Data Requirements Lists Packaging Requirements System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) Government Furnished Property List This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a requirements type contract for the repair services for the Low Band Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) which is required to support sustainment of the AN/ALQ-184 Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Pod. Contract will be a five year contract and shall include a basic year and four (4) individual ordering periods; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one year. A description of the quantity is described below: 5960-00-009-4381EW Basic Ordering Period: BEQ 55 EA; delivery due 120 days after receipt of funded order. Ordering Period I: BEQ 55 EA; delivery due 120 days ARO/10 EA per month. Ordering Period II:BEQ 55 EA; delivery due 120 days ARO/10 EA per month. Ordering Period III: BEQ 55 EA; delivery due 120 days ARO/10 EA per month. Ordering Period IV: BEQ 55 EA; delivery due 120 days ARO/10 EA per month. The proposed contract action is for services and will be limited competition between Communications & Power Industries (CPI) Cage Code: 0MH33 and Teledyne Microwave Solutions Cage Code: 11312, Cage: 1P7T0, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This action is proposed to be a limited sources acquisition because CPI and Teledyne are the only qualified sources for this highly specialized repair that possess the internal drawings and data necessary to support this repair. Technical data is not available to support this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
