- PL8322 Questions and Answers The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers and extend the due date for responses to June 15, 2015 at 4:00 EDT. ********************************************************** ORIGINAL POSTING The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking potential sources for commercially-available satellite communications (SATCOM) modems and technical capabilities of all sources large and small (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to jacqueline.d.johnson20.civ@mail.mil NLT May 28, 2015 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted to FBO. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after May 28, 2015 will be answered. The Government will not reimburse companies for any costs associated with the submissions of their response. Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email NLT June 11, 2015 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to jacqueline.d.johnson20.civ@mail.mil. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this Technical Description. Documentation should be in bullet format.
