- NSN 5962-01-208-2462, PR #0057478431, Microcircuit, Linear This requirement is for a total quantity of 52 each. Price breaks requested from 1-15, 16-30, 31-45, and 46-52 units. Item will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition FAR 6.302 (c) (1). First Article Testing is not required. Delivery is 270 days. This item will be shipped to: SW0700 DLA Distribution DDWO 3990 East Broad St BLDG 11 Sec 8 Storage and Distribution Detachment Columbus, OH 43213 This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Natel Engineering CAGE 09059, P/N 11462631 Raytheon CAGE 05716, P/N 11462631 Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation, and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of June 26, 2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. Based upon market research, the Government will not use the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ***NOTE*** - This solicitation includes the following clauses: DLAD 52.209-9028, Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD) -Federal Supply Class ( FSC) 5961 Semiconductors and Hardware Devices, and 5962 Electronic Microcircuits (FEB 2014). IAW 9.203(a)(5). DLAD 52.209-9002, Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL) -Federal Supply Class ( FSC) 5961 Semiconductors and Hardware Devices, and 5962 Electronic Microcircuits (FEB 2014). IAW 9.203(a)(2). CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON QSLD / QTSL GUIDELINES IF APPLICABLE.
