Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Simplexgrinnell LP, 4700 Westport Drive, Suite 1800, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-6800 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as cited in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The North American Industry Classification System is 541519. Simplexgrinnell LP is being tasked to add CCTV cameras and monitors to the Defense Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC) Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Gateway Facility security system at NCTAMS-PAC Wahiawa, Hawaii. Simplex Grinnell has been responsible for upgrades, repairs, and maintenance for the CCTV system and is the only authorized company that can add equipment this system. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), proposals, or quotations. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. This purchase will be under Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 12; Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13; and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
