- 52.212-2 evaluations addendum to 52.212-1 i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, GG000000-15-03166 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. (iv)This solicitation is 100% small business set aside with the NAICS Code 541199 with a size standard of $11.0M. (v) The following contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure for this requirement. Schedule of Required Items LINE ITEM 0001: Base Year, The Contractor shall provide Legal Consulting Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: July 1, 2015-June 30, 2016 LINE ITEM 0002: Option Year 1, The Contractor shall provide Legal Consulting Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017 LINE ITEM 0003: Option Year 1, The Contractor shall provide Legal Consulting Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018 LINE ITEM 0004: Option Year 3, The Contractor shall provide Legal Consulting Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019 Place of Performance: Commerce Headquarters (HQ) Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC: Office of the Inspector General (OIG) 1401 Constitution Ave, N.W. Washington, DC 20230 (vi) See attached: Statement of Work (vii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Addendum to 52.212-1 also applies. See attached addendum. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See attached. (x) The offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Reps and certs must be uploaded to the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. (xi) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000) (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 48 months). 52.217-8 -- Option to Extend Services. Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999) The Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of Labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days.
