- J & A Rental of a Recreational Shooting Complex for Infantry training missions. The Instructor Leader Development Program (ILAP) utilizes a nonstandard marksmanship event to assist in the evaluation of potential cadre assigned to the Infantry School by placing Soldiers in live firing situation with an unfamiliar weapon. Peer instructors are utilized to identify those best suited for further placement within the Infantry Schools numerous POI's. This training event is inherently critical to the success of the ILAP mission.
