- L15PS00547 Lower Gorge Toilet and Pumping Location Map Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L15PS00547 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of June 11, 2015 and close date of June 26, 2015. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through FAC 2005-82. This is a total small business set aside under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 562991 code and a size standard of $7.5. The BLM New Mexico Farmington District Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Toilet and Septic Service within the Orilla Verde Recreation and Lower Gorge Recreation sites. Service will include placement and servicing of several portable toilets, vault toilet pumping, and septic tank pumping per the provided work schedule and in accordance with state and federal regulations. CLIN 0010 Septic Tank Pumping CLIN 00020 Vault Toilets Pumping CLIN 00030 Portable Toilets Contractor service shall have a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212.2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. Contractors shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for a government contract. Offers are being accepted through FedConnect and by electronic mail to etippeco@blm.gov. Offers must be submitted via company letter head, referencing this RFQ, the company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, the unit price, the extended price, and any prompt payment discount terms.
