- Request for Information This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide Depot Prime Vendor Support (DPVS) to supply consumable parts/items for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 aircraft. This effort will be performed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This effort requires the contractor to forecast, purchase, track, receive, stock, and deliver consumable and expendable, recoverable, and repairable coded (ERRC) items with a code of "N" or "P" to a variety of RSAF and contractor facilities and locations throughout the Kingdom. This will include supply chain management actions that support the RSAF F-15 fleet, prevent maintenance delays due to an expendable part shortage, and may require stocking in excess of 25,000 individual items. This requirement is divided into three separate and distinct functions; bench stock (BS) items, depot replenishment items, and items identified as "spot buys" (items that are urgent or Mission capable (MICAP) due to lack of supply items identified by the USAF or the RSAF in direct support of the flying mission). Also the contractor may be required to fulfill future requirements not currently identified to support RSAF F-15 operations.
