- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Taunton Delineated Area: North : Rt 106 from the intersection of South Main St to the intersection of Bay Road. East : From the intersection of Rt 106, head south along Bay Rd, continue along Bay St, to the intersection of Industrial Park Rd. South : From the intersection of Bay St, head west along Industrial Park Rd, continue along Myles Standish Blvd, to Harvey St. West : From the intersection of Harvey St, head north along Rt 140 to the intersection with Rt 106. (See attached map.) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,417 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,938 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 46 Surface Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 46 Reserved & Secure Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • 24/7 Operations • Capability to mount satellites and other antennas, preferably on roof Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
