The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bronx JJ Peters VA Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the Facility Management Services. The vendor will be responsible for, but not limited to providing the following: "Supplies, Equipment, Software and training to develop and implement a paperless EMS Quality Assurance Cleaning Inspection System. "Equipment shall have a one year warranty for al labor and material for repairs or the manufacturer's warranty. "Provide an automated mobile inspection program for Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Quality Assurance (QA) questions. "Provide customizable EMS QA inspection type requirements/questions template to choose for their individual needs. "Provide reports that formulate the collected data into easily readable reports such as executive summaries, and bar graphs that compares, details, cross references, collates and displays the information and data. "The program shall include real time data that is synced automatically with a tablet. "For corrective action taken responses will be collected online electronically directly to the database. Please Note The program will not require purchase of additional hardware or software to produce forms used in the management and collection of data and track all items identified as non-compliant and provides a mechanism for follow-up and correction. SPECIFICATIONS: 1.The vendor shall conform to all federal regulations governing the use of approved equipment, and software which may be in effect for the area where the work under the contract will be performed. 2.Vendor shall demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities of an EMS QA Inspection system in a Healthcare environment and the Department of Veterans Affairs. 3.Data that is input for inspections shall be available in real time. The deficiencies from the reporting system shall be available immediately upon completion of EMS QA Inspections so that tracking can begin the day the inspections end. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 511210. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email and must be received not later than June 17, 2015 2:00 PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification//socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 511210. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities for which you have provided services to, proof of applicable certification. DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category (ex: SBVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, Small Business).
