United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Bardwell, Kentucky County: Carlisle County Delineated Area: The City Limits of Bardwell, Kentucky Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,649 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,773 ABOA Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to Exceed 1,964 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): • 3 Parking Spaces for Employee Vehicles • 10 Parking Spaces for Client Vehicles Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten Years (120 Months) Firm Term: Negotiable Termination Rights: One Hundred-twenty (120) days' in whole or in part Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • See attached Agency Special/ Specific Requirements, RLP paragraph 5.0, and Lease Paragraph 7.0. • Pull through parking for cattle trailers and parking spaces wide enough to accommodate for large trucks to park • Single story location preferred. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
